Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fanvestia Live, including the mobile applications and related services at fanvestia.live (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Fanvestia Live is a matchday social hub for football fans: chat, watch parties, virtual manager play, grassroots club tools, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information (including a valid phone number) and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Fanvestia Plus

Fanvestia Plus (“Verified Stakeholder”) is an optional paid membership that unlocks digital features such as Watch Party recording and a monthly FanPoints allowance. Depending on your region and platform, Plus may be billed via Direct Debit (GoCardless), card subscription (Stripe), or Apple / Google in-app purchase (RevenueCat). Fees and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe.

4. Real-World Service Payments (Community Match Fees)

Community Match Fees collected through Fanvestia Live are real-world service payments to grassroots clubs (for example, match contributions paid to a club’s bank account). They are not digital goods or in-app currency. Payments are processed with Stripe Connect Destination Charges: funds settle to the club’s connected account, and Fanvestia retains only a platform service fee (currently 5%). Fanvestia does not take custody of club sinking funds or prize pools. Clubs remain responsible for how funds are used.

5. Third-Party Promotions (Raffles & Club Lotteries)

Fanvestia Live is a software and payment-processing provider, not a gambling operator. Where a Team Admin (Manager) runs a digital scratch card, grid, or similar promotion on the Service, that Manager is the legal promoter (for example under Small Society Lottery rules in their jurisdiction) and must hold any required local registrations. Fanvestia does not organise or promote the lottery, does not hold the prize pool, and does not automate winner cash-outs — the Manager arranges payout from club funds and confirms completion in the app for audit only.

Youth / Under-18 grassroots teams cannot create or participate in real-money raffles or other chance-based fundraising on the Service.

6. Virtual points and games

FanPoints and virtual manager features are for entertainment within the Service. They have no cash value outside Fanvestia Live unless we expressly say otherwise. Virtual FanPoints syndicates (where offered) are not real-money gambling.

7. Acceptable use

Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service
Do not use the Service for unauthorized commercial scraping or spam
Do not run real-money promotions without required promoter registrations

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Live scores, fixtures, and third-party content may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not responsible for club bank settlement timing beyond our payment processors’ systems, nor for Manager-arranged raffle prize payouts.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanvestia’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for Plus or platform fees in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms.
